My name is Nancy Janda, and I'm an artist and sometime geek living in the city of Pittsburgh, PA.

I've worked in various media (from clay to computer), and at various jobs (from CG artist to help desk technician). You can see that I believe that variety is the spice of life! To that end, I am always willing to work hard to master a subject and continue to learn new things. I used to think that I got bored easily with any one subject, but I find that I can work on one thing for an infinite amount of time, as long as it challenges me. My true strength lies in problem solving.

My latest challenge is web design. This is my first website. In a fit of the same stubbornness that leads me to build my own computers and do many of my own home repairs, I have decided to hand-code this puppy. No builders, no programs...that'll teach me HTML from the inside out! And at my home's current level of insanity, it may take a while. Despite all that, I'm sweating this out and having a ton of fun at the same time.
